Noelle is a natural-born hair colorist with a lifelong connection to the craft. Growing up just an hour outside of NYC, she spent her days immersed in her parents' salon, absorbing the art and life of hairdressing from a young age. Now, she brings her artistic eye, lifelong experience, passion, and creativity to ARROJO Studio, where she fashions beautiful, modern colors for her growing and loyal clientele.

A rising star in the industry, Noelle has already made her mark, contributing to ARROJO’s Underground hair show and supporting the artistic team at IBS NYC with a range of remarkable color creations. Living her dream in NYC, Noelle’s passion for hair coloring is evident in every service she provides. “I enjoy all aspects of hair coloring,” she says. “Redheads, blondes, brunettes, hair painting, vacationed beachy looks—I love the whole palette!”
